Return Deadline
Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the date your package was delivered.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unwashed, unworn). It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • An order shipped to an incorrect address or lost by the Post Office is not our responsibility and cannot be verified or returned. Therefore, it will not be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at kaihana.contact@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return (remember to include your first and last name).
  2. Once your request is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return form.

Return tracking
We strongly recommend that you choose a shipment with a tracking number (Colissimo, recommended).
Kaihana cannot be held responsible for the loss of a package without proof of sending.

Defective items
If you notice a significant defect on an item, please contact us quickly by email with a supporting photo.

  • In the event of a proven defect, the return will be at our expense and you will be fully reimbursed.
  • Minor micro-imperfections (e.g. small ink stains or irregularities related to hand-printing) are not considered defects.

Partial returns
If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded only for the returned item(s) , excluding the initial shipping costs.

International Returns
Return costs from abroad are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country, local postal services and possible customs checks.
We strongly recommend choosing a shipment with a tracking number .
Kaihana has no control over international or customs delays.

Exchanges
We do not conduct direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, you will need to reorder directly on the website 🙏

Order cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified until it is shipped. Please check your cart carefully before confirming.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 15 business days , depending on your banking institution.

Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Why is there no stock available?

Why are your products not in permanent stock?
At Kaihana, we choose to work in small batches and on pre-orders. This is explained by several simple but essential reasons:

We don't have the budget to produce large quantities in advance.
It’s an eco-responsible choice: no overproduction, no waste.
Each piece is designed, manufactured and shipped from a small personal workspace, not from a warehouse or massive storage: a choice that reflects our commitment to responsible production, on a human scale.
Our parts are made in France and produced in small quantities, which costs more per unit.
If we were to produce too much and then sell it off cheaply, it would undermine the value of labor and our economic viability. Our prices are already fair and tight.
Each piece is therefore designed, produced and sent with care, using artisanal, sustainable and responsible methods.

What is a pre-order?

We give you the opportunity to reserve certain items from our collections or collaborations in advance when they are launched.

For example, for a product ordered at the start of sales of the summer 2024 collection, delivery is estimated at approximately one month. If your order includes multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the longest delivery time.

First of all, thank you so much for your support and interest in our unique creations! At Kaihana, we want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Here is our shipping policy so you know what to expect:

Processing Time: Once you place your order, we get to work lovingly preparing your items. Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days via tracked letter plus post.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for all orders over 150 euros, otherwise the shipping cost is 3.90 euros for mainland France.

Delivery Methods: We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and fast delivery. You can choose from standard delivery options and Home Delivery with Signature.

Order Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This way, you'll be able to track your package every step of the way to your door.

International Shipping: We also ship internationally! Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your destination country, but we'll do our best to ensure your purchases arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
