Kaihana is an eco-friendly beachwear brand founded in 2024 by Neni, founder of Studioreef. Inspired by the ocean and a sunny lifestyle, Kaihana designs unique pieces for those who celebrate freedom, nature, and timeless elegance.
Guided by a Solar & Conscious philosophy, our approach combines refinement, commitment, and ethics. Each bikini, sarong, and silk scarf is carefully designed, developed in France, or responsibly sourced from workshops that respect sustainable values. We favor natural and recycled materials, ensuring more conscious fashion, without compromising on quality or sensuality.

Meeting with the founder
In 2024, Neni launched Kaihana , a brand born between Bordeaux, the Landes region, and the ocean, inspired by her passion for surfing, nature, and illustration. A committed illustrator and designer, she dreamed of creating a sunwear brand that combined art, freedom, and ethics. Tired of impersonal products disconnected from the ocean, she imagined Kaihana as an ode to the sea: silk scarves, vibrant pareos, and a beachwear line with a unique feel.
Influencers like coolette and Bérénice (BBCVL) have placed their trust in the brand and perfectly embody this free and sunny spirit, between relaxed elegance and seaside lifestyle.

Mission & Commitment
At Kaihana , every creation is an ode to the ocean. More than a brand, it's a commitment: to preserve our blue planet while offering unique and responsible pieces.
A member of the Hope Waves association, Kaihana donates 1% of its turnover to support ocean conservation. My commitment doesn't stop there: I actively support associations dedicated to the protection of marine biodiversity, animal welfare, and women's health.
I favor local partners or those who share my ethical and sustainable values, with thoughtful production to minimize environmental impact.

Why are your products not in permanent stock?
At Kaihana, we choose to work in small batches and on pre-orders. This is explained by several simple but essential reasons:
We don't have the budget to produce large quantities in advance.
It’s an eco-responsible choice: no overproduction, no waste.
Each piece is designed, manufactured and shipped from a small personal workspace, not from a warehouse or massive storage: a choice that reflects our commitment to responsible production, on a human scale.
Our parts are made in France and produced in small quantities, which costs more per unit.
If we were to produce too much and then sell it off cheaply, it would undermine the value of labor and our economic viability. Our prices are already fair and tight.
Each piece is therefore designed, produced and sent with care, using artisanal, sustainable and responsible methods.
We give you the opportunity to reserve certain items from our collections or collaborations in advance when they are launched.
For example, for a product ordered at the start of sales of the summer 2024 collection, delivery is estimated at approximately one month. If your order includes multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the longest delivery time.

For all return requests, be sure to keep your tracking number. Kaihana cannot be held responsible for lost packages without proof of shipment.
Defective item
If you notice a significant defect in your item, contact us promptly with a photo. In the event of a proven defect (excluding minor micro-imperfections related to handcrafting), we will handle the return and issue a full refund.
Order cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled until it is shipped. Please carefully check your cart before confirming.
Partial return
If you return only part of your order, only the returned product(s) will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping costs.
International Returns
Return shipping costs from abroad are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times may vary depending on the country, local postal services, and possible customs checks. We strongly recommend tracked shipping.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unwashed, unworn). It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items
An order shipped to an incorrect address or lost by the Post Office is not our responsibility and cannot be verified or returned. Therefore, it will not be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Procedure
Contact our customer service at kaihana.contact@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return (remember to include your first and last name).
Once your request is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return form.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within [number of days] business days.

Processing Time: Once you place your order, we get to work lovingly preparing your items. Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days via tracked letter plus post.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for all orders over 150 euros, otherwise the shipping cost is 3.90 euros for mainland France.
Delivery Methods: We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and fast delivery. You can choose from standard delivery options and Home Delivery with Signature.
Order Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This way, you'll be able to track your package every step of the way to your door.
International Shipping: We also ship internationally! Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your destination country, but we'll do our best to ensure your purchases arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
